Matt Graham is President and Co-Founder of Aven Air Group, bringing more than two decades of experience in strategic sales leadership, business development and national account management.

Throughout his career, Matt has held senior leadership positions with organizations including R-Zero, Venus Group, FleetLogix, Dickies, GCA Services Group (ABM) and Cintas. His experience spans commercial air filtration, indoor air quality, facilities management, healthcare, education, hospitality and industrial markets.

Matt has developed multimillion-dollar customer relationships, managed a $75 million national account portfolio and built strategic partnerships with major public and private organizations.

At Aven Air Group, Matt leads strategic growth initiatives, manufacturing partnerships and customer development, helping organizations improve indoor air quality, simplify procurement and achieve long-term operational savings.

Born and raised in the Greater Seattle Area, Jesse has spent his career at the intersection of property, health and entrepreneurship. As co-founder of Aven Air, he leads a company dedicated to improving indoor air quality. Aven Air partners with global filtration leaders to bring cleaner, healthier air to schools, hospitals, government facilities and workplaces across the country. For Jesse, clean air isn’t a product category. It’s a public health issue that shapes how people learn, heal and live.

That same focus on the spaces where life happens drives his work as a real estate investor. He brings a rare perspective to every opportunity: a deep understanding of what makes a building not just valuable, but genuinely healthy to live in.

Whether he’s evaluating an investment or building partnerships that put cleaner air first, Jesse’s mission is the same: create places where people can thrive.

Aiman Barakat brings over 20 years of experience serving the education, healthcare and public sector markets, with a strong focus on health, safety, strategic leadership, business development and account management. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in customer experience, cooperative purchasing, regulatory compliance, sales strategy and cultivating long-term relationships with customers, industry partners and key stakeholders.

Aiman’s approach to strategic leadership emphasizes relationship development, collaboration and delivering meaningful results. He has a proven ability to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and align business objectives with customer needs. With training in Lean Six Sigma, he incorporates principles of continuous improvement, operational efficiency and process optimization to create measurable value for customers and the teams he supports.

At Aven Air, Aiman focuses on expanding strategic partnerships, strengthening customer relationships and delivering innovative, cost-effective air filtration solutions.
